It's Graduation Season for high school students and that means parents can collect RESPs for first time! For returning post-secondary graduates, it's also time to start looking at collecting your money from your RESP.

With a new government poised to lead Alberta, it’s a good time for the newly elected premier to reflect on what matters most to families.  Is it education, health, financial well being, or all of the above?  Whatever it may be, last night’s election results showed Albertans wanted change.

Many Canadian hopefuls leave home in their early teens to play in the minors for a chance to make it to the big leagues. As a result, continuing their education isn’t always the biggest priority. For many, it’s actually the last thing on their minds.
